Refunds and Return Policy
At FitMotion.co, your satisfaction is important to us. We work with trusted third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners to deliver fitness equipment and apparel worldwide. If an issue arises with your order, we are committed to reviewing it fairly and providing an appropriate resolution in line with our operational processes.
Because our products are shipped directly from international suppliers, refunds, returns, and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis and remain subject to review and approval by FitMotion.co.
Eligible Refunds and Resolutions
You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or alternative resolution if one of the following applies:

Evidence Requirements
To assist with verification, we may request photo or video evidence clearly demonstrating the issue (such as damage, defects, incorrect items, or packaging condition). This information helps us assess the claim accurately and coordinate with our fulfillment partners.
Failure to provide requested evidence may delay or prevent claim approval.
Returns
In some cases, FitMotion.co may request that an item be returned as part of the resolution process. If a return is approved:

The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise

Items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund
Return eligibility, shipping responsibility, and final outcomes are determined at FitMotion.co’s discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once fulfillment has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Change-of-Mind Purchases
We do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect sizing choices, or personal preference, unless otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, specifications, and size charts carefully before placing an order.
Consumer Rights (New Zealand)
